Mindful Moments has been specially curated by Charlotte Hawkins to share her deep love of classical music and highlight some of her most treasured pieces, bringing classical music to a new audience, while helping to discover and support emerging talent. The 3CD collection features masterpieces from the biggest and most-loved names in classical music, including Debussy, Bach and Beethoven, alongside contemporary talent, such as Alexis Ffrench, Yann Tiersen, Eric Whitacre, Hans Zimmer and many more. Speaking about her new album, Charlotte Hawkins says: “’Mindful Moments’ is an intensely personal selection of music for me, it’s some of my very favourite classical pieces, from masterpieces that have been important to me from a young age, through to special gems that I have recently discovered and fallen in love with.”
