The quintet's sixth studio album features 13 songs, all written by singer/guitarist Charlie Starr. In addition to Starr and his bandmates Richard Turner (bass/vox), Brit Turner (drums), Paul Jackson (guitar/vox) and Brandon Still (keyboards), there are also some special guests on the album this time, such as Robert Randolph (I'll Keep Ramblin'), Amanda Shires (Let Me Down Easy) and The Wood Brothers (Mother Mountain). For Find A Light, Starr says: The album is like a melting pot and shows a wide range of sounds and emotions. We have never been so inspired and versatile before. As usual, they will spend the coming months almost exclusively on tour (in recent years, musicians have played up to 250 shows per year). In July the band will play at the Ramblin Man Fair Festival in England, further tour dates for Europe will follow soon. Find A Light is the sequel to the 2016 album Like An Arrow, which landed on #8 in the UK charts, #12 in the US Billboard charts and #-31 in the German charts. In addition to her work as a musician, Blackberry Smoke is still very active in various charities and has so far donated approximately $200,000 to children's cancer research
